Richard Whittemore
Richard's passion for aviation started from a young age when he first spotted an aviation magazine in the checkout line at the grocery store as a child. He began flying and first soloed an aircraft at 16, He earned his private pilot's license a year later at the age of 17.
His passion never faded and he believes a safe pilot is always learning. Richard has consistently sought the highest levels of training and certification throughout his career. Currently he holds the following Certificate, Ratings and Accolades:
Airline Transport Pilot - Airplane Multi Engine Land, Single Engine Land, and Helicopter

With over 2 decades of experience, Richard has amassed a resume of experience and qualifications in many various parts of the aviation industry. In addition to his professional career, Richard has also worked in the non profit sector where he and his wife established a program overseas in the Amazon jungle. He served as missionary pilot in the region and speaks 3 languages fluently. He has thousands of hours of experience in the following categories as well as many years of experience in management and entrepreneurship.

Bruce Whittemore
VP - Operations
Bruce brings decades of experience as an entrepreneur, salesman, and manager. He has owned and operated small businesses in the service industry and worked as a salesman and manager in various capacities throughout his career. He brings strong leadership skills with a service-oriented attitude and the ability to tackle any task.
He currently serves as the VP of Operations and manages the many aspects of CMA Aviation. He is involved in day to day operations, aiding in the planning, troubleshooting, and executing of daily tasks, navigating the complexities of a highly regulated field.
Bruce ran his own business and helped Richard achieve his dream of becoming a Pilot at a young age. As the VP of Operations, he serves in keeping CMA inline with its core values: Experience. Professionalism. Safety.
